training programs and services

Rules of Access and Equity
One-on-One Professional
Business Training has set core rules all staff and management must follow to
ensure the Access and Equity Policy is enforced:
1.
All staff at One-on-One Professional Business Training are provided an
equal opportunity in the decision making process in the direction of the
organisation and in the allocation of resources and services.
2.
All clients are provided a fair and equitable opportunity to complete
their training and achieve their desired outcomes
3.
All applicants are assessed equally by order of merit and weight is only
given where two or more applicants are assessed equal, but one is found to be
from one of the access and equity target groups or where benefit would be to the
whole community
4.
where priority is give if the individual of a target group is determined
to have suffered the greatest disadvantage and this opportunity would provide a
new outcome for both the individual and also the community. This
